Reddit & Community Operator

About the role

Creative Fabrica is looking for a Reddit & Community Operator to own its presence across Reddit and other online communities. You will identify where target audiences gather, join authentic conversations, and create community‑native content that drives organic awareness of the company’s AI products.

Key responsibilities

• Map and monitor subreddits, Discord servers, forums and niche platforms where potential users are active.
• Participate genuinely in discussions, sharing useful information, ideas and resources without overt promotion.
• Create original, community‑focused posts such as product use cases, comparisons, experiments and workflow showcases.
• Run high‑velocity experiments to test new communities, formats and initiatives, scaling what works.
• Build relationships with moderators, community owners and power users to enable AMAs, partnerships and challenges.
• Collaborate with product marketing and creative teams to introduce new products in a platform‑native way.
• Monitor conversations about Creative Fabrica, competitors and the AI market, surfacing feedback and insights.
• Measure reach, engagement, referral traffic and mentions, documenting successful tactics for replication.

Required profile

• 2+ years of internet‑native experience in community, Reddit, social media or audience development.
• Deep fluency with Reddit dynamics, moderation, karma systems and community rules.
• Broad understanding of Discord, forums and other online communities, plus internet culture.
• Proven ability to generate organic engagement through content or active participation.
• Excellent written English with adaptable copywriting for diverse community tones.
• Strong judgment and instincts for online culture, able to build credibility without spamming.
• Experimental mindset, comfortable running many small tests and interpreting analytics.
