Reservations Intern

About the role

The July, a premium hospitality brand creating apartment-hotels in cities such as London, Dublin, Lisbon and Amsterdam, is looking for a Reservations Intern. You will gain hands-on experience in hotel reservations, manage bookings, engage with guests across locations and support the launch of new properties in Dublin and Amsterdam. The role links the front and back office and works closely with commercial and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage bookings and handle guest requests
• Take responsibility for the entire guest review process
• Identify and enhance revenue opportunities across departments
• Collaborate on initiatives to increase sales
• Assist in the setup and launch of the new hotel in Dublin and in Amsterdam
• Support the Commercial team with reporting and analysis

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus
• Stress-resilient, detail-focused and able to work independently
• Good organizational skills and precision
• Commercial mindset and strong communication skills
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
