About the role
Leaseweb is seeking a Rewards and Benefits Specialist to lead the design, evaluation, and administration of global compensation programs. The role supports Leaseweb entities across the Netherlands, Germany, the US, the UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong, ensuring a consistent compensation philosophy worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on job evaluations, salary structures, and short‑ and long‑term incentive plans.
- Design and develop career frameworks for each Leaseweb entity using local market benchmarks.
- Advise the CHRO on salary market trends and recommend salary adjustments.
- Benchmark incentive compensation plans and benefits, proposing enhancements to keep offerings competitive.
- Coordinate annual salary increases and company bonus calculations.
- Maintain and track HR compensation data and related documentation.
