Sales Assistant – 14 hrs/week Fixed‑Term (Amsterdam)

About the role

Join Carhartt WIP’s Amsterdam Hartenstraat store as a Sales Assistant on a fixed‑term basis, working at least 14 hours per week. You will be the face of the brand, delivering excellent customer service while sharing the brand’s story in a retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive customer service and adapt brand narratives to the store setting.
• Drive sales and meet weekly targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with all store policies and operational procedures.
• Develop product knowledge and a deeper understanding of the business.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail or customer‑service roles.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch; English is a plus.
• Confident, outgoing personality with effective selling abilities.
