About the role
Join Carhartt WIP’s Amsterdam Hartenstraat store as a Sales Assistant on a fixed‑term basis, working at least 14 hours per week. You will be the face of the brand, delivering excellent customer service while sharing the brand’s story in a retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive customer service and adapt brand narratives to the store setting.
- Drive sales and meet weekly targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with all store policies and operational procedures.
- Develop product knowledge and a deeper understanding of the business.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail or customer‑service roles.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch; English is a plus.
- Confident, outgoing personality with effective selling abilities.
