Sales Development Representative (Dutch Speaking)

About the role

Join Pleo’s growing team in the Netherlands to help expand our spend‑management solutions across the Benelux region. As a Sales Development Representative you will be the first point of contact with senior finance leaders, building pipelines and qualifying opportunities for our Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Build a pipeline through cold calling, social and email outreach to senior finance leaders.
• Qualify potential deals before passing them to Account Executives.
• Nurture relationships with prospects.
• Use best‑in‑class tools for creative prospecting.
• Enable teammates and share best practices.
• Work towards daily and weekly revenue targets and key performance metrics.

Required profile

• Previous professional experience in a customer‑facing or sales‑related role (preferably sales, finance, consulting).
• Driven and ambitious individual looking to grow quickly in sales.
• Proactive and ready to take initiative to drive results.
• Comfortable with cold calling and stepping out of your comfort zone.
• Thrives on sales targets and constantly seeks extra mileage.
• Team player who helps colleagues succeed.
• Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, eager to learn daily.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
