Sales Engineer – Technical Solutions for Banks

About the role

As a Sales Engineer at ThreatFabric you will translate complex cybersecurity technology into clear, actionable solutions for leading banks. You will guide customers through product demos, technical discussions and integrations, helping protect millions of users from fraud, scams and cybercrime.

Key responsibilities

• Present ThreatFabric’s threat intelligence, device intelligence and behavioural analytics solutions through demos, proofs‑of‑concept and interactive sessions.
• Lead technical product discussions and integration projects with new customers, supported by project managers and product specialists.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding sales territories to new customers.
• Provide feedback on product features and share customer insights with internal teams.
• Attend conferences, seminars and workshops to stay current on industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Engineering within a similar industry.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on achieving a satisfaction score of 8+.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and collaborate across teams.
