Senior Consultant – Financial Due Diligence

About the role

Join PwC's Deals (M&A) practice in Amsterdam as a Senior Consultant focused on Financial Due Diligence. You will support clients involved in mergers, acquisitions, IPOs and refinancing, helping them understand the financial health and risks of target companies.

Key responsibilities

• Assess target companies' financial statements, cash flows and projections to identify opportunities and risks.
• Prepare detailed due‑diligence reports and present findings to buyers, sellers and private‑equity partners.
• Collect and analyse commercial and financial data from virtual data rooms or on‑site visits.
• Support strategic and private‑equity transactions across a range of industries.
• Participate in management presentations, expert sessions and client meetings.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, business or a technical field.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in financial analysis, M&A or related advisory work.
• Strong analytical mindset, results‑driven attitude and curiosity about deal processes.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English.
