Senior HR Generalist Europe

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle for our European headquarters in Eindhoven. You will support around 60 colleagues across eight European countries, combining hands‑on HR advice with administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR administration from recruitment and contracts to onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination and off‑boarding.
• Provide day‑to‑day advice to managers and employees on performance, development, well‑being, absence and employee‑relations matters.
• Coordinate recruitment processes, conduct interviews, prepare offers and ensure a smooth start for new hires.
• Develop, review and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks and ensure compliance with local employment legislation.
• Oversee compensation and benefits processes, support salary benchmarking and communicate benefit information.

Required profile

• At least seven years of broad HR experience, preferably in an international organisation.
• Proven ability to manage the complete employee lifecycle independently.
• Good working knowledge of Dutch employment law; experience with other European jurisdictions is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills, discretion with confidential data and fluency in Dutch and English.
• Available to work from the Eindhoven office three days per week and permission to work in the Netherlands.
