Senior Implementation Specialist (Dutch Speaking)

About the role

The Senior Implementation Specialist will own the onboarding and adoption of Enterprise clients on the Perk travel platform. You will work closely with customers to define onboarding strategies, configure accounts, support integrations and deliver tailored training, ensuring a 7‑star experience from start to long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, managing the entire implementation timeline and delivering 7‑star service.
• Gather client requirements through consultative conversations and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Configure client accounts, set up integrations with marketplace partners or custom APIs, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Design and deliver customized training sessions for users at all levels, including executive stakeholders.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, coordinating with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering and Finance.
• Monitor post‑launch client behaviour, validate configurations and proactively suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Customer‑first mindset with a proven track record in senior implementation roles for Enterprise clients.
• Strong project management skills, able to handle complex, international projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities, comfortable engaging with C‑level stakeholders.
• Analytical, organized and detail‑oriented with a proactive, solution‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of the Perk travel platform, its configuration options and integration capabilities.
• Understanding of integrations and open APIs, able to guide technical teams through setup and troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
