Senior Product Manager – Electrophysiology & Image Guided Therapy

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager EP IGT‑S you will drive the strategic development, marketing execution, and commercial performance of Image Guided Therapy Systems (IGTS) solutions in the Electrophysiology domain. You will build strong customer relationships, lead key opinion leader (KOL) engagement, and ensure continuous portfolio improvement through data‑driven feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Define the integral proposition for IGTS in the Electrophysiology procedural domain, including value proposition, claims, pricing strategy, offer design, and target markets.
• Develop and execute the yearly marketing plan while collaborating with the segment team to shape the overall segment strategy.
• Monitor portfolio performance and maintain IGTS solutions with appropriate marketing assets and activation in partnership with local markets.
• Work directly with customers, expand the KOL network, provide critical deal support, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify product quality issues and prioritize scope for upcoming maintenance programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field with a strong academic record.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in an international business environment, focusing on marketing or product management.
• Proven experience in the Electrophysiology field; an existing KOL network is a plus.
• Expertise in market segmentation, product and service strategy, competitive analysis, and solution development.
• Strong conceptual skills to synthesize market and customer feedback and develop value propositions.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple and diverse markets.
• Highly entrepreneurial mindset with a natural affinity for the healthcare business.
