About the role

Shape the future of innovation at Philips Image Guided Therapy Systems. As Senior Product Manager IGT‑S you will translate customer needs, market dynamics and clinical workflow insights into compelling product solutions that advance minimally invasive therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer needs, market dynamics and clinical workflow insights into integrated product requirements and value propositions.
• Drive timely execution of innovation projects and lifecycle management for the Philips Azurion platform.
• Develop business cases, pricing strategies, commercialization approaches and launch plans to meet quality, financial and market share targets.
• Lead cross‑functional teams—including R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Service, Supply Chain and Marketing—to deliver solutions on schedule.
• Ensure solutions are supported by substantiated product claims, successfully launched and effectively managed throughout their lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of product management experience in healthcare technology, preferably in minimally invasive therapies.
• Proven ability to engage with customers, clinicians and regional market teams and translate insights into product decisions.
• Strong analytical, strategic‑thinking and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, Business or related field.

What we offer

• Base gross annual salary ranging from €78,187 to €130,312, determined by skills, experience and internal equity.
• Hybrid work model with a minimum of three days per week on site.
