Senior Product Marketing Manager – Database Optimization

About the role

Cast AI is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the go‑to‑market motion for its new Database Optimization (DBO) product. You will define the ideal customer profile, craft positioning and messaging, and build a repeatable sales playbook from scratch while working closely with product, engineering and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep customer research to define and validate DBO’s ICP and buyer personas.
• Own positioning, messaging and commercial hypothesis, designing and running GTM experiments across trials, content and channels.
• Translate technical differentiation into a compelling value story for technical and executive buyers.
• Manage feature launches end‑to‑end, from early positioning through general availability.
• Build and iterate sales‑enablement assets, battlecards, proof points and demo narratives.
• Maintain a feedback loop from market signals to product roadmap and track competitive landscape.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product marketing experience in a technical B2B category.
• Proven ability to build an ICP and messaging architecture from scratch for an unvalidated buying motion.
• Demonstrated credibility with both technical practitioners and executive buyers.
• Track record of running customer interviews, extracting patterns and refining positioning.
• Excellent writing skills with work samples of positioning, launch content or sales narratives.
