Senior Product Marketing Manager – Software Platform

About the role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager – Software Platform you will drive the transformation of Philips Avent’s Baby Monitor portfolio into a connected ecosystem, leading the app roadmap and unlocking new business models such as freemium, rental and subscription services. You will work across global teams to ensure our digital parenting solutions meet consumer needs and support strong portfolio growth.

Key responsibilities

• Bridge boundaries across the organization while keeping the customer at the centre of every decision.
• Translate consumer insights into proposition development and market introduction for the connected app.
• Collaborate with local markets worldwide to ensure the app and baby‑monitor solutions answer global consumer needs.
• Drive new business models, manage business priorities and set up the portfolio for strong growth in the coming years.
• Lead the global upstream effort for new product introductions, creating and executing a clear strategy and innovation funnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in product marketing of digital consumer propositions.
• Proven track record in developing and launching apps or other consumer software solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen with active P&L knowledge and portfolio optimisation.
• Fluent English.

What we offer

• Base gross annual salary range €78,187 – €130,312.
• Eligibility for a 3 % short‑term incentive linked to individual and company performance.
• Hybrid work model with a minimum of three days per week onsite.
