Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology and business transformation initiatives. The role combines Agile delivery expertise with hands‑on Scrum Master and Product Owner experience to drive value and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex projects in Agile environments, maintaining plans, roadmaps, milestones and dependencies.
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, providing regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑Ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement.
• Work with business stakeholders to define and prioritise product backlogs, translate strategic objectives into epics, features and user stories.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary Agile delivery teams, promote high‑performing dynamics and support capability development.

Required profile

• Strong project management experience with governance, reporting and risk/issue management.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale technology and transformation programmes.
• Hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master and as a Product Owner.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage senior executives.

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Scrum Master practices and servant‑leadership principles.
• Product Owner backlog management and roadmap creation.
• Project planning, risk, issue and change management.
