Senior Sales Advisor – Retail Store

About the role

The Senior Sales Advisor supports the store manager in daily operations, ensuring a profitable store within budget while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in leading the store and achieving sales targets.
• Provide customers with exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Maintain store standards, including opening/closing procedures, dress code, hygiene, and safety.
• Ensure the sales floor is tidy, well‑presented, and correctly priced.
• Support inventory management and stock handling.
• Apply up‑to‑date technical product knowledge to increase sales.

Required profile

• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Strong customer orientation with fluent communication in Dutch and English.
• Awareness of market trends, customer wishes, and competition.
• Acts as a brand ambassador and shows passion for the company.
