Brand Representative - Hollister, Amsterdam

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring a Brand Representative for its Hollister store at Westfield Mall of the Netherlands in Amsterdam. Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically and helping create a welcoming environment. The role suits someone who enjoys connecting with customers, helping them find what they need and keeping the store well presented.

Key responsibilities

• Customer experience: welcome and attend to all customers, anticipate their needs, start conversations naturally and offer product support and styling advice across categories.
• Sales floor maintenance: help with product replenishment and keep the store clean, organised and visually consistent, including folding, hanging and sizing.
• Cash wrap operations: process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently while keeping a friendly checkout experience.
• Online orders: support Save the Sale orders, In-Store Pick-Up and ship-from-store orders so customers get a seamless omni-channel experience.

Required profile

• Fluent English; Dutch is optional but appreciated.
• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, balancing customer engagement with operational tasks.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and committed to consistent attendance.
