Key Lead - Kalverstraat Store

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is looking for a Key Lead for its Kalverstraat store in Amsterdam. The Key Lead ensures every customer receives a quality in-store experience by acting as Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run smoothly. As part of the store leadership team, the role drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omni-channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions
• Protect store assets and carry out inventory control
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• No supervisory or management experience required
• Fluency in English and Dutch (CEFR B2)
• Availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays, with at least 24 hours per week; hours increase during peak times

The full-time starting rate is 33,882.21 EUR per year (38 hours per week); offers may be subject to work visa formalities.
