Key Lead - Hollister Kalverstraat

About the role

The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team at the Hollister store on Kalverstraat in Amsterdam. The person ensures every customer receives a quality in-store experience by acting as Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run effectively and daily sales targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omni-channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions
• Protect store assets and carry out inventory control
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• No supervisory or management experience required
• Fluency in English and Dutch (CEFR B2)
• Availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays, with at least 24 hours per week; hours increase during peak times

The full-time starting rate is 33,882.21 EUR per year (38 hours per week); offers may be subject to work visa formalities.
