Brand Representative - Kalverstraat Store

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is looking for a Brand Representative for its Kalverstraat store in Amsterdam. Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically and helping create a welcoming environment for everyone.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming and attentive service, anticipate customer needs and offer product support and styling guidance across categories
• Maintain a clean, organized and visually consistent sales floor, including folding, hanging and sizing merchandise
• Process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Support omni-channel orders such as Save the Sale, in-store pick-up and ship-from-store packaging

Required profile

• Fluent English; Dutch is optional but appreciated
• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, balancing customer engagement and operational tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliability and commitment to consistent attendance

The starting rate is EUR 5.17 per hour. Job offers may be subject to work visa formalities, and the starting rate may be modified in the future.
