Senior Strategy & Transformation Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Strategy & Transformation Officer to join the Open Bank, S.A. Netherlands Branch. You will work closely with the Board of Directors and a small, focused team to drive strategic initiatives, business transformation projects, and long‑term growth for the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of strategic and transformation initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
• Act as project manager for end‑to‑end strategic projects, from scoping to closure.
• Conduct business analysis, market research, and prepare presentations and reports.
• Track progress of projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on process improvement, change management, and operational efficiency.
• Develop business cases, performance dashboards, and management reports.
• Lead stakeholder coordination and communication for strategy and transformation programmes.
• Identify improvement opportunities through analysis of performance data and customer insights.
• Maintain accurate documentation of strategies, roadmaps, process maps, and project outcomes.
• Support governance, compliance, and risk management related to strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies and governance.
• Structured thinking, learning mindset and adaptability to change.
• Ability to lead discussions, persuade diverse audiences and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
