Senior User Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Join Polarsteps' Growth & Marketing team to own and scale user acquisition across paid and organic channels. You will shape acquisition strategy for key markets (FR, DE, UK, US, NL) and work closely with product managers to optimise the user flow for paid users.

Key responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and optimise performance‑marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and Apple Search Ads, focusing on lowering CPA and acquiring high‑quality users.
• Collaborate with agencies, UGC creators and travel influencers to produce on‑brand creatives.
• Lead App Store Optimization for Google Play and iOS to boost organic installs.
• Develop and run organic search strategies on TikTok, YouTube and large language models to capture users during trip planning.
• Track, report and analyse campaign performance, identifying drivers of change and recommending actions.

Required profile

• 6+ years of performance‑marketing experience in mobile‑app companies.
• Strong understanding of mobile tracking ecosystems (SKAD, AEM, ATT).
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Salary €72,000‑€85,000 gross per year plus 8 % holiday allowance.
