Social Commerce Account Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Social Commerce Account Lead to own client relationships and drive revenue‑generating social commerce strategies for our portfolio of DTC brands. You will translate business objectives into TikTok Shop, affiliate, live and creator‑led campaigns and ensure their successful execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of social commerce clients end‑to‑end, from strategy and planning to delivery and commercial results.
• Convert client goals (GMV, margin, CAC, launch targets) into actionable social commerce plans across TikTok Shop, affiliate, live and creator content.
• Analyse performance data, identify bottlenecks and optimise campaigns to maximise incremental revenue.
• Coordinate cross‑functional specialists (affiliate, shop operations, creative, studio, paid media) to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Take commercial responsibility for account results, margin and growth, reporting to the Commercial Director.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social commerce or e‑commerce accounts for direct‑to‑consumer brands.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust strategies.
• Excellent client‑facing skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, culturally‑relevant environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with TikTok Shop and other social commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing and live shopping tools.
• Ability to work with creator‑led content workflows.
