Solutions Architect

About the role

DataSnipper is hiring its first Solutions Architect to become the trusted technical voice in strategic accounts as the company scales its cloud platform and agentic AI for regulated industries. You will partner with Solution Engineering and Sales on high‑value deals, build playbooks and reference architectures, and define the function for future hires.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical conversations in strategic deals, including security, architecture, and compliance discussions with CIOs, CISOs and InfoSec teams.
• Build and deliver reusable assets such as playbooks, architecture diagrams, FAQs and migration narratives to enable GTM teams to handle technical questions independently.
• Define the intake model, KPIs and engagement playbook for the Solutions Architect function and mentor future hires.
• Collaborate with Big 4 cloud advisors and enterprise IT leaders to ensure DataSnipper’s cloud architecture meets industry standards.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre‑sales engineering or technical consulting at a B2B SaaS company, preferably serving regulated sectors.
• Proven ability to lead high‑stakes security and compliance conversations with enterprise‑level stakeholders.
• Track record of producing scalable enablement assets (reference architectures, security one‑pagers, playbooks).
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, foundational roles and shaping new processes.

Required skills

• Public cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Cloud security, identity management, networking, data residency and compliance patterns.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX.
