About the role

Join O My Bag’s vibrant retail team in Amsterdam as a Store Champion. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover sustainable, fair‑trade bags while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate the brand story and sustainability mission to shoppers.
• Provide personalized assistance, ensuring each customer leaves satisfied.
• Monitor sales data and suggest ideas to boost store performance.
• Organise in‑store events, pop‑ups and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase products attractively.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales targets and store goals.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, people‑oriented and motivated to deliver top‑notch service.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can handle multiple customers simultaneously.
• Creative thinker who seeks solutions and continuously improves.
• Basic Dutch language skills or a strong willingness to learn.
• Availability for 24‑40 hours per week, ready to start ASAP.
