Strategy Manager / Senior Manager – Amsterdam

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and diligent professional to join our Strategy team in Amsterdam as a Manager or Senior Manager. You will work alongside experts in transformation, restructuring, valuations, tax and transaction services, providing strategic and operational insight across a variety of transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse key risks and opportunities in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and other strategic areas, and develop operational solutions.
• Integrate strategic findings into financial analysis and business plans, collaborating closely with transaction services, valuations and restructuring teams.
• Develop implementation plans, initiate first actions and prepare presentations or reports for board members, investors, M&A advisors and C‑suite management.
• Lead and guide junior team members, ensuring timely high‑quality execution of assignments.
• Contribute to business development, both internal and external, and support thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering, science, business administration or business economics.
• Four to eight years of relevant operations experience (manufacturing and/or supply chain) in a corporate environment or management consultancy.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to solve complex problems creatively.
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in Dutch and English, and willingness to work on cross‑border assignments.
• Eligibility to work in the EU.
