System Verification Engineer

About the role

As a System Verification Engineer you will ensure that our integrated electrical and mechanical radar systems can survive the toughest environments. Working closely with R&D, Operations and external test labs, you will bridge design and reality by preparing hardware, executing rigorous tests and providing clear feedback to the engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the Device Under Test, from mechanical assembly to electrical configuration, and instrument it with sensors.
• Design, execute and document test plans that follow international standards such as MIL-STD-810, NATO STANAG and CE.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of mechanical failures and electrical degradation, translating sensor data into actionable insights.
• Act as the main technical contact for external laboratories, delivering precise test instructions and evaluating raw data.
• Maintain full traceability of test data and produce formal engineering reports linked to product requirements.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Mechanics, Electromechanics or related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in validation, verification or test engineering for integrated hardware‑software systems.
• Hands‑on experience with thermal, vibration, shock and EMC test campaigns at external facilities.
• Proficiency with traceability tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Experience using FEA or thermal simulation software to predict hardware stress.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, with strong solution‑oriented communication skills.
