Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to own our recruitment infrastructure and provide high‑touch interview coordination across all hiring pipelines. You will build and optimise the recruitment operations engine that accelerates our global talent acquisition efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Audit, configure and optimise the Ashby ATS to maintain data integrity and pipeline hygiene.
• Create and maintain recruiting performance dashboards tracking time‑to‑hire, pipeline velocity and offer acceptance rates.
• Manage complex multi‑stage, multi‑timezone interview loops for technical and scientific roles.
• Coordinate candidate travel, expense reimbursements and interview logistics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent operations, recruitment reporting and end‑to‑end coordination in a fast‑paced tech or startup environment.
• Deep hands‑on expertise with Ashby ATS, including workflow setup and custom reporting.
• Builder mindset with a track record of creating scalable recruiting processes and automation.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
