Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Drive our talent journey – and build the teams that keep our skies safe. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you own end‑to‑end recruitment for our Operations and Enablement teams, working closely with hiring managers and the broader talent acquisition team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, draft vacancy texts and source candidates via social media, job boards and professional networks.
• Review applications, conduct screening interviews and guide candidates through a transparent hiring process.
• Extend offers in line with compensation frameworks, negotiate terms and manage background checks (VOG) ensuring Dutch labour compliance.
• Track recruitment metrics in the ATS, present monthly insights and continuously optimise hiring workflows.
• Represent the company culture in candidate interactions and contribute to employer branding projects.

Required profile

• BA or HBO degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an international, fast‑paced environment.
• Proven track record sourcing talent for Operations and Enablement functions.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, job boards and social media sourcing.
• Solid understanding of Dutch labour laws and compliance requirements.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, structured and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Proactive team player with a solution‑oriented mindset.
