Tech Recruitment Business Partner (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Recruitment Business Partner for a 6‑month contract to join Adyen’s Global Talent Acquisition team and drive the growth of our technology teams across the EMEA region. In this role you will work closely with hiring managers to identify, attract and hire top technical talent, shaping the future of our organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner strategically with global tech hiring teams to define hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies.
• Source, select and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process with a strong focus on candidate experience.
• Engage top talent through creative sourcing techniques and cultivate strong candidate connections.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies while fostering an inclusive hiring process.
• Partner with stakeholders to make data‑driven hiring decisions and support smooth onboarding.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the team’s effectiveness and overall company success.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of tech recruitment experience with a proven track record of hiring for various technical roles.
• Passion for tech recruitment and deep understanding of the tech landscape and candidate market.
• Data‑driven approach to shaping impactful hiring strategies.
• Proactive, driven and eager to learn.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent Adyen’s values.
• Comfortable working with global teams and fluent in English.
