Technical Lead - Merch Platform & ERP

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on engineering leader to own and scale our merch platform and ERP system. You will guide a team of engineers while staying actively involved in development, driving technical excellence and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Set technical direction and contribute hands‑on to backend, frontend and infrastructure projects.
• Translate long‑term company goals into daily engineering tasks.
• Mentor a team of seven engineers, fostering clean code, solid architecture and AI‑supported development.
• Improve performance, security and maintainability as the platform scales.
• Leverage large language models and automation to boost productivity.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Full‑stack expertise with deep knowledge of Python (Odoo) and Vue/Nuxt 3.
• Leadership mindset with proven experience mentoring or managing engineers.
• Systematic, structured approach balancing strategy and execution.
• Experience using AI, automation and LLMs in development workflows.
