Technical Writer-Editor

About the role

Greenflux is seeking a Technical Writer-Editor to turn complex EV‑charging software features into clear, user‑friendly documentation. The role directly supports customer adoption and reduces support load by delivering high‑quality product guides, manuals and knowledge‑base content.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a documentation framework, style guides and templates for all product content.
• Create and maintain user guides, feature documentation, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, release notes and onboarding materials.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, Customer Support and Customer Success to gather accurate information and validate content.
• Audit existing documentation, identify gaps, and continuously update materials to reflect product changes.
• Ensure documentation is structured, consistent, version‑controlled and optimized for customer usability.
• Leverage AI tools to generate first drafts and automate parts of the documentation lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise content for non‑technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional product and engineering teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining up‑to‑date, accurate documentation.
