TikTok Channel Manager

About the role

Creative Fabrica is expanding its AI product line and wants TikTok to become a primary channel for reaching new audiences. The TikTok Channel Manager will own the brand’s TikTok presence, creating and publishing original short‑form videos that showcase AI tools, trends, and creative ideas.

Key responsibilities

• Own the TikTok channel and drive growth in views, reach, and audience.
• Create and appear on camera, producing and publishing videos on a consistent basis.
• Develop original concepts around AI, creativity, product capabilities, and internet culture.
• Spot emerging trends, formats, sounds, and conversations early and turn them into content.
• Craft strong hooks that capture attention within the first seconds.
• Publish at high velocity, testing many ideas and iterating quickly.
• Analyze performance data (views, watch time, completion rate, shares, comments) and double‑down on winning formats.
• Engage with comments, collaborate with creators, and work with product marketing on launches.

Required profile

• 2+ years creating short‑form content on TikTok or similar platforms, with proven organic results.
• Deep understanding of TikTok culture, platform mechanics, hooks, pacing, and short‑form storytelling.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and expressing a strong personality.
• Ability to take ideas from concept to publication, including basic editing.
• High‑output, data‑informed mindset, comfortable experimenting and learning from analytics.
• Strong interest in AI and excellent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Basic video editing with tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro.
