TikTok Shop Operator Intern – Dutch Speaking

About the role

As a TikTok Shop Operator Intern you will support the Social Commerce team in running TikTok Shop campaigns and affiliate programs. This position offers hands‑on experience in creator operations, affiliate management, and livestream activities while learning how brands scale on TikTok Shop.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations of TikTok Shop affiliate management for multiple brands.
• Identify, research and screen creators that fit brand campaigns.
• Build, maintain and update creator databases and operational trackers.
• Invite targeted creators to affiliate campaigns and assist with onboarding.
• Conduct creator outreach and follow‑up communication throughout campaigns.
• Help optimise affiliate workflows and improve team efficiency.
• Assist with livestream operations and other TikTok Shop activities as needed.

Required profile

• Third‑ or final‑year student in Marketing, Business, Communications, E‑commerce, Media or a related field.
• Strong interest in social commerce, creator marketing and the evolving e‑commerce landscape.
• Well‑organized with the ability to manage multiple trackers and administrative tasks accurately.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data‑tracking tools.
