Visual Lead – PC Hoofstraat

About the role

Join ALO’s Amsterdam store as a Visual Lead, responsible for driving sales and profitability through visual merchandising. You will work closely with the Visual Manager and Operations team to execute store visual standards and support overall store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage execution of operational functions such as shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, floor recovery and intra‑day replenishment.
• Maintain strategic product presentation, restocking, destocking and visual changes in partnership with the Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor updates, manage payroll and adapt visual support to business needs.
• Execute visual direction from planning through implementation while meeting budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools to identify opportunities in product placement, outfitting and stock levels.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager on reporting, budgets, inventory control, vendor relationships and facilities.
• Lead and coach store associates, oversee recruitment and talent development.
• Collaborate with Operations Lead and Sales & Service Lead to ensure cross‑functional training and execution of company initiatives.
• Open and close the store according to visual standards.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a client‑centric, sales‑focused environment.
• Proven leadership with strong decision‑making abilities.
• Comfort receiving and giving feedback; self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Alignment with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, bend, kneel, climb ladders and stand for an entire shift.
• Legal right to live and work in the Netherlands from start of employment.
