Warehouse Employee – Logistics Operations

About the role

Radio Holland is looking for a Warehouse Employee to keep its Rotterdam warehouse organized and efficient. You will support the supply chain by handling incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring timely processing of logistics tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check, and process incoming goods.
• Store items correctly and prepare batches for issue.
• Perform inventory counts and report variances.
• Check, pack, and label parts for shipment.
• Execute administrative tasks linked to logistics processes.

Required profile

• Result‑oriented, independent, and proactive.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Native or conversational Dutch speaker.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Vocational education in logistics.
• Own transportation.

Required skills

• Forklift truck certification.
• Stacker certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision (optional but preferred).
