About the role
We are seeking an Administration and Operations Assistant to support a rapidly growing Japanese power generation subsidiary in Amsterdam. The position offers flexible working hours and requires fluency in both Japanese and English, allowing you to act as a key liaison between the local office and the multinational headquarters.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate decision‑making procedures, including AGM and board resolutions, and manage related documentation.
- Handle online banking operations and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Provide comprehensive office administration support.
- Manage contracts with suppliers, overseeing renewals and compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or finance within Japanese companies.
- Fluency in English and Japanese.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
- Valid work permit for the Netherlands.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
