Business Development Manager – Corporate (Amsterdam/Brussels/Paris)

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new corporate business across Amsterdam, Brussels and Paris. You will be responsible for generating and closing new accounts, primarily in the automotive and retail sectors, using a full‑cycle sales approach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, tradeshows and other channels.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signing.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships by delivering elite service and industry‑specific insights.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Conduct daily outreach activities, including direct mail, digital marketing and cold calls.
• Present TransPerfect solutions in one‑on‑one, group, online and in‑person meetings.
• Manage client expectations, pricing and contractual negotiations.
• Travel for conferences, client meetings and industry events as required.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and take ownership of client success.
• High level of integrity and service focus.
• Experience selling to corporate clients, preferably in automotive or retail.
