Business Development Manager

About the role

Fever is a leading tech platform that democratizes access to culture and live entertainment. As a Business Development Manager you will help expand Fever’s presence in the Netherlands and beyond, building partnerships with top producers, creators and venues.

Key responsibilities

• Create and nurture relationships with major entertainment producers, creators, venues and key industry stakeholders.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy to scale Fever’s market presence.
• Manage commercial strategies with large partners to ensure mutual value creation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive partner growth across the Netherlands and internationally.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging entertainment trends and act as the internal expert.

Required profile

• 4+ years of top‑tier consulting or equivalent experience, plus additional experience in relevant sectors.
• Proven sales success in a fast‑paced, quota‑carrying role.
• Strong business development and partnership management capabilities.
• Self‑starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic start‑up environment.
• Data‑driven approach to prioritisation and decision‑making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and fluency in Dutch.
