Business Development Manager – Residential (Digital Power)

About the role

Huawei Digital Power is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of residential solar solutions in the Netherlands. You will act as a trusted partner for installers and help expand the residential energy ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Drive market growth of residential solar solutions by identifying and developing new business opportunities across the Netherlands.
• Build and manage a strong network of residential installers, fostering long‑term collaboration and performance.
• Develop and execute channel strategies to scale the installer ecosystem and increase market penetration.
• Expand the residential energy ecosystem, including partnerships with EMS providers, design companies, and energy retailers.
• Identify high‑potential partners and onboard them through structured engagement and support.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally (sales, product, delivery) to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
