About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research, surveys and interviews, and analyse data to gain insights and structure solutions.
• Work alongside clients and team members of all levels to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change.

Required profile

• Final‑year Bachelor or Master students and recent graduates with strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
• Initiative, intuition, creativity and evidence of extracurricular leadership; English fluency required, Dutch desirable.
