Recruiting Intern – Support Dutch Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiting Intern to support our Dutch recruiting operations. This entry‑level internship provides hands‑on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle and close collaboration with consultants and recruiting professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination and communication.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and recruitment events.
• Maintain ATS records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Draft and send candidate communications, offer letters and interview feedback summaries.
• Assist with campus and virtual recruiting events (logistics, outreach and follow‑up).
• Support recruitment reporting and basic analytics on pipeline, time‑to‑hire and source effectiveness.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing content.
• Support ad‑hoc local HR/recruiting projects and process improvement efforts.

Required profile

• Master’s degree completed or in progress (final‑year students or recent graduates welcomed).
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, HR or consulting recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, service‑oriented mindset and collaborative approach.
• Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
