Demand Generation Manager

About the role

Dapper is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to help build the world’s #1 B2B marketing agency. You will drive online growth for a diverse portfolio of B2B clients, from strategy development to execution, while contributing to the agency’s ambitious global vision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand‑generation strategies that accelerate client revenue growth.
• Translate client briefs into clear, actionable plans and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, leading client discussions, workshops and presentations.
• Collaborate with performance and content specialists to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
• Continuously test new approaches, ask “why” behind briefs, and push for better outcomes.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a B2B, fast‑scaling or agency environment.
• Growth mindset with a willingness to give and receive feedback and experiment.
• Strong ownership mentality while working effectively with teams and clients.
• Excellent communication in both Dutch and English.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities without losing momentum.
