About the role

Strategy& is seeking experienced professionals to join its Amsterdam team. You will work on high‑impact projects across multiple industries, helping clients shape inclusive and innovative strategies. Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic recommendations for clients in sectors such as climate, energy, finance, health, and technology.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve complex business problems and capture growth opportunities.
• Lead workstreams, mentor junior staff, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Present findings and proposals to senior client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry, functional, or consulting experience.
• Strong academic background with proven career progression.
• Fluency in English; Dutch proficiency required for most industry tracks.
• Clear motivation for living and working in the Netherlands (for international candidates).
