Head of Quality – Supply Chain Leadership

About the role

Gisou is seeking a senior Quality Lead to drive continuous improvement across its supply chain. Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain and sitting on the Supply Chain Leadership Team, the role will shape and professionalise quality systems for a fast‑growing beauty brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Design, monitor and optimise quality control processes, establishing KPIs to track performance.
• Lead supplier qualification, auditing and relationship management to ensure consistent quality of materials, packaging and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with product development to embed quality requirements into new product launches and formulation changes.
• Conduct risk assessments, drive corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Analyse quality data, identify trends and implement actions to enhance supply‑chain efficiency and reliability.
• Work with the customer experience team to address consumer complaints and develop mitigation plans.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in a quality assurance leadership role, preferably within beauty or personal‑care supply chains.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a high‑growth, fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
