HR Intern 2027 – Fast Growing Scale‑Up

About the role

Join Monday Merch in Rotterdam as an HR Intern and gain hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle in a fast‑growing international scale‑up. You will work closely with the Head of HR, contributing to onboarding, employee engagement, culture initiatives, and process improvement from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day HR operations, maintain employee records and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules, welcome packs, equipment, and first‑day logistics.
• Assist with off‑boarding and ensure smooth employee transitions.
• Help organise employee engagement events, celebrations and culture‑building activities.
• Support recruitment tasks such as interview scheduling, candidate communication and hiring administration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and standardisation of HR workflows and policies.

Required profile

• Organised, proactive and highly detail‑oriented.
• Strong interest in HR and employee experience.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and available 32–40 hours per week starting October 2026.
