Junior Partner Associate

About the role

You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of large‑scale events, acting as the main liaison between event organisers and internal teams. The role blends project management, operational coordination and stakeholder communication to ensure events are delivered on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full event lifecycle from signed contract to final closing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for event organisers and coordinate internal departments.
• Communicate product and process requirements to HQ and work with product/engineering to prioritise them.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive Q&A repository for the support team.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and up‑to‑date.
• Attend on‑site launches or critical dates when required.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified with a background in project management.
• At least 1 year of experience in a project‑management or consulting role (event experience a plus).
• Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, highly organised and detail‑oriented.
• Strong analytical and relationship‑management abilities.
