Learning & Development Intern

About the role

Join Bynder’s People and Talent team in Amsterdam as a Learning & Development Intern. You will support onboarding, training, and e‑learning initiatives across the company, working closely with multiple departments to enhance the employee learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Organise the monthly onboarding bootcamp for EMEA.
• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Develop and update online lessons within the LMS.
• Improve onboarding initiatives based on feedback.
• Coordinate ad‑hoc L&D initiatives both remotely and on‑site.
• Implement own L&D ideas with external partners such as universities.
• Organise events and learning sessions for other interns.
• Support additional People & Talent tasks and well‑being initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and enrolled in a Dutch university for the full internship period.
• Based in the Netherlands, living in or near Amsterdam (or willing to relocate).
• Available for a minimum six‑month internship starting September or October 2026.
• Flexible with office presence, including occasional visits to Rotterdam.
• Passionate about learning, detail‑oriented, proactive, and strong organisational skills.
• Good at building relationships remotely, a team player with autonomy, and capable of presenting ideas.
