Manager, Market Delivery & Technology Account Management

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Manager to lead Market Delivery and Technology Account Management for its Northern Europe portfolio. The role sits at the intersection of customer relationships, technology delivery, and project execution, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology point of contact for strategic Mastercard customers.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships, ensuring operational, compliance and optimisation needs are met.
• Own or oversee end‑to‑end delivery of onboarding and implementation initiatives, managing plans, milestones and dependencies.
• Identify bottlenecks, work with internal teams to implement proactive solutions, and coordinate with PMO or project managers as needed.
• Provide consultative guidance on Mastercard solutions and the broader payments ecosystem, translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Support pre‑ and post‑sales activities, contributing technical expertise to proposals and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional efforts across Product, Sales, Technology, Operations and Support to drive alignment and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage complex technology projects from inception to delivery.
• Strong business acumen combined with technical expertise in digital payments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of acting as a trusted advisor.
• Leadership experience in guiding cross‑functional teams and driving customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Experience with payments technology solutions and digital payment platforms.
• Knowledge of Mastercard’s product suite and the payments ecosystem.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into business‑focused outcomes.
