Marketing Engineer

About the role

Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI‑powered products and needs a Marketing Engineer to accelerate its growth engine. Working from the Amsterdam headquarters, you will bridge engineering, AI and marketing to create internal tools and automated workflows that remove bottlenecks and boost the output of the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship full‑stack internal applications, landing pages and integrations that help marketing and creative teams work faster.
• Identify manual or slow marketing processes and turn them into automated workflows by connecting platforms, APIs and internal systems.
• Build AI‑powered tools using LLMs, image, video and other emerging models to create capabilities that did not exist a year ago.
• Prototype quickly, deliver usable versions to the team, and iterate based on feedback.
• Embed analytics and tracking into tools and web experiences to ensure every experiment is measurable.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, growth engineering, marketing automation or a similar technical role.
• Hands‑on experience building full‑stack JavaScript/TypeScript web applications, including deployment and basic backend infrastructure.
• Proven ability to integrate APIs, webhooks and third‑party services into automated workflows.
• Practical experience with LLMs and AI APIs, and familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools.
• Self‑starter who proactively identifies opportunities, ships early versions and iterates quickly.
• Clear communicator in English, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical colleagues.
